For teams that answer more calls than they place

Queues with agent tiers, wrap-up time, live wallboard counters and full recording. Built on the same switch as everything else, so a small team can grow into it.

Specification

Everything below is what the platform actually does today, not a roadmap. If something you need is missing, ask — we would rather tell you no than have you find out after signing up.

The number that actually matters

Most teams watch average wait time, which hides the calls that went badly. Longest wait and abandonment rate tell you far more: they surface the caller who waited four minutes and gave up, which average wait quietly absorbs. Both are on the wallboard by default.

Queue announcements are a tool, not decoration

Telling a caller their position and estimated wait measurably reduces abandonment, because most people abandon out of uncertainty rather than impatience. Announcing a position you cannot meet has the opposite effect, so the estimate is calculated from real recent handling times rather than a fixed number.

Start small

A two-person team with a shared queue gets most of the benefit: no missed calls because someone stepped away, and a record of what actually happened. The tiering, overflow and interval reporting matter later. Nothing needs configuring up front to answer a call.

Questions people actually ask

How many agents can a queue handle?

Practically, dozens per queue and multiple queues per account. The real limit is your concurrent-call allowance, which we raise on request.

Can agents work remotely?

Yes — an agent is a SIP registration, not a location. Supervisors see the same live metrics either way.

Is call recording included?

Yes, per queue or per extension. You are responsible for any legal obligation to announce it, which is why it is off by default.

Can we integrate with a CRM?

The REST API exposes call records, and we can post call events to a webhook. There is no packaged connector; most teams script it in an afternoon.
