What calls cost
Outbound calls are charged per second from your prepaid balance, in one-second increments, with no connect fee and no minimum call charge on standard destinations.
A 34-second call to the United Kingdom at $0.0085 a minute costs $0.0048. Not a rounded-up minute — the seconds you actually used.
Numbers start at $1.00 a month and include the inbound minutes to your extension.

Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No. Creating an account is free, there is no minimum term, and you can stop at any time. You pay for the plan you choose plus the calls you actually make.
How exactly are calls billed?
Per second, in one-second increments, from the moment the call is answered. There is no connect fee and no minimum call charge on standard destinations. A 34-second call at $0.0085 per minute costs $0.0048.
What if I run out of credit mid-call?
The call in progress completes. New outbound calls stop connecting until you top up. Inbound calls to your numbers keep working.
Do unused minutes carry over?
Credit is not minutes — it is a balance, and it never expires. Anything you have not spent stays on your account, and is refundable on request.
Why is international dialling blocked on my new account?
Until your first top-up. Stolen SIP credentials are used to dial expensive international ranges, and this bounds the damage on accounts with no payment history. It lifts automatically.
Can I get a custom rate deck?
Yes, for meaningful volume on specific destinations. Tell us where you call and how much, and we will quote against it.
