Why we built it

Every serious phone platform assumes a salesperson in the loop. You request a quote, you wait, you sign something, and some days later an engineer provisions your account by hand. For a large enterprise that is an acceptable cost. For a business with six people and a number that needs to work this afternoon, it is the whole problem.

So the first thing we built was not a feature. It was the removal of that step: signing up is the provisioning. Your domain, extension, SIP secret and voicemail box are created while the confirmation email is still sending.

What we are not

We are not a reseller with a logo on someone else's portal. The switching core is FusionPBX on FreeSWITCH, running on our infrastructure, with our carrier relationships behind it — which is why we can publish rates and change routing in seconds rather than filing a ticket upstream.

We are also not the largest carrier you could pick, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you need presence in forty countries with a follow-the-sun NOC, buy that. If you want a carrier that answers the phone, publishes its prices, and provisions in seconds, that is what this is.

How we intend to behave

Three commitments, in the order we would want them from a supplier. Prices are published and you are charged what is published. When something is broken we say so — the portal tells you when a change is queued rather than claiming success it cannot confirm. And your configuration is portable, because the core is standard software rather than a proprietary switch designed to keep you.
